The large selection includes cheese like Zürcher Rahmkäse, Holzfällerkäse and Grillbratkäse. As a speciality we produce Ritterkäse that needs up to nine months to mature and Lützelseekäse that is produced with milk exclusively from farmers of Hombrechtikon. In 2018 Cheebab
has been introduced and has become part of our cheese family. It is a word creation from cheese and kebab and an invention and world novelty by Rüegg. Cheebab has been presented in our daily news
and in Germany
