Stand up paddling

Stand up paddling is a sport that originates from Polynesian fishermen in Tahiti who travelled on the ocean standing on their canoes. The SUP surfer is standing upright on the board with parallel feet and advances with the help of a paddle. The paddle is swapped to the other side either regularly or irregularly. The paddle is used to navigate the board and as a support for balance.

Yoga on the SUP not only serves recreation but also improves your coordination and concentration. You can reduce stress with different exercises and find and strengthen your balance.
