Stand up paddling
Stand up paddling is a sport that originates from Polynesian fishermen in Tahiti who travelled on the ocean standing on their canoes. The SUP surfer is standing upright on the board with parallel feet and advances with the help of a paddle. The paddle is swapped to the other side either regularly or irregularly. The paddle is used to navigate the board and as a support for balance.
Do you like to enjoy the first or the last rays of the sun of the day with relaxation and recreation? Bring your body and mind in harmony with SUP yoga. Yoga on the SUP not only serves recreation but also improves your coordination and concentration. You can reduce stress with different exercises and find and strengthen your balance.
Or would you like to try the Chinese tradition and manoeuvre a dragon boat together with others? This team paddling sport has become very popular lately. Twice a week we practice dragon boating on the Greifensee. If you would like to get to know this sport and love to relax in nature, don't hesitate to visit our homepage and contact us directly. We offer try out courses, lessons for beginners and advanced, and rentals for companies. We are looking forward to hear about your wishes and requests.
